Computerized Inventory
Permanent identification of all stored records is keyed into our database for instant reference and retrieval. Monthly activity reports are generated displaying activity. You always know what records are stored providing better records management and more effective cost control.

Pickup and Delivery
Our couriers provide same day delivery during week days. Emergency service is available for immediate and weekend requests.

Fax and Phone Review
When only brief information is needed we will send you a facsimile (FAX) and/or provide phone reference service. More convenience and time savings for you.

Inventory Notification
Each time your volume changes a new inventory report is generated. One printout indexes the information contained in thousands of file containers. This report is available via computer diskette or via the Internet.

Document Destruction
We remind you to purge obsolete records to keep storage to a minimum. Notices are issued prior to scheduled destruction dates allowing you ample time to retain and document. We also offer onsite confidential document destruction bins.

Storage Containers
We provide specially designed containers for legal and letter size media, computer printouts, X-Rays and custom designed configurations for unique storage requirements. Sturdy, lightweight storage containers protect contents from dust and dirt while providing safe, private storage.
